Available Options

Individuals purchase items from truck. Great for office complexes! 50 people or $500 minimum. Requires refundable deposit based on sales.

Group prepay – fee based on number of people and menu. $500 minimum.

Individuals order and payment is made at the end of event. $550 minimum, 3 hours.

Booking Details

Truck service is outdoor set up only (all inclusive catering service also available), full, partial, or custom menu available. 2 week prebooking minimum, 3 weeks if custom menu. Booking deposit required. 3.5 hours needed – minimum 2 hour service time, 1.5 hours set up/breakdown. Maximum 6 hour service time if using generator. Fee for generator use, custom menu, and off site trash haul.

110V / 20 amp hook up (or generator use)
level ground
clearance space – 25 ft. parking, 15 ft. overhead, 8 ft. front.
